	Sample Requirements:

Tube

RTT (Red Top Tube with clot activator)

Volume

500 uL or 0.5 ml of serum preferred
Call for (530) 759-8533 for lesser volume testing

Handling

RTT should be gently mixed by inverting tube five times and allowed to clot for 60 minutes then

spin down for 15 minutes @ 3000 RPM then

separate off the serum in tube with no additive.

Tube

SST (Serum Separator Tube with clot activator)

Volume

500 uL or 0.5 ml of serum preferred
Call for (530) 759-8533 for lesser volume testing

Handling

SST should be gently mixed by inverting tube five times and allowed to clot for 30 minutes then

spin down for 15 minutes @ 3000 RPM
